Will this actually help my headaches and neck pain? ⌄

For most people, yes. A lot of headaches that keep coming back actually start in your neck. The muscles at the base of your skull get tight and full of knots, and that pain shoots up into your head. We fix it three ways. Adjustments loosen up stuck joints in your neck. Dry needling breaks up the trigger points that send pain into your head. Hands-on soft tissue work melts out the tight muscles around them. The first visit tells us what's going on so we treat the right thing from the start.

What is dry needling and does it hurt? ⌄

Dry needling uses a thin needle to release the knots in your muscles that nothing else can reach. It's not acupuncture. The needle goes straight into the trigger point and makes the muscle let go. Most people feel a quick twitch and then the muscle relaxes. It can feel sore for a day after, kind of like a tough workout. The relief is worth it for the people whose headaches start in their neck muscles.

Is the adjustment going to hurt? ⌄

No. Chiropractic has a reputation for being rough. It's not. Most people are surprised by how easy it feels, especially the neck. We work with your body, not against it. If anything feels off, we stop and change what we're doing. You're always in control.

What happens at the first visit? ⌄

Your first visit is a full hour. We go through your history. We check the joints, muscles, and nerves in your neck to find what's causing your pain. We walk you through what we find. Then we start treating it the same day. You leave with a clear answer and a real plan, not a "come back and we'll see."

Do I need a referral or insurance? ⌄

No. We're a cash-pay clinic. That means no insurance billing and no referrals. Most people find it simpler than dealing with insurance. Just book a time and pay at your visit.
